Police statistics indicate that over 90% of all self-defense situations typically end up on the ground. In our classes, women learn self-defense techniques to prepare for multiple real-world situations. Our classes focus on developing real world skills in a realistic environment. Sparring is not mandatory.

Kickboxing classes are one of the top exercises used by women to tone their body, improve their balance, and increase their confidence. In addition to providing peace of mind, our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing classes strengthen women physically and psychologically, and give them the confidence to stand up for themselves.
